"N-no..." She blushed slightly for reasons she wasn't sure she wholly comprehended herself. "I -- I did have a boyfriend. A lover. We fumbled around, had fun together, but we never went all the way. And then... then..."
She searched for words, trying to find something to say that wouldn't be a lie. She didn't want to lie, not if it wasn't absolutely necessary. She was a good angel, after all. Pure and obedient.
"I lost him," she whispered, lowering her gaze. "It was so sudden... We were going to stay together forever, or so I thought. But then he was gone..."
After a moment's silence, she continued, "This is my first night out since then. But... I do want you, too," she finished, her voice very quiet.
