Honestly, Pollution wasn't certain now why he always kept his distance. He'd wondered the same thing the last time they'd all been together, too. The closest thing he'd found to an answer was that it was easiest to be invisible when you were alone. He could do unpredictable and devestating amounts of damage simply by convincing one person to overlook something that, at the time, was almost nothing at all. One person was easy to convince. The more minds involved, the harder it got to make them see your way without them remembering your face, if not your name, when the mushroom cloud appeared.

He chewed at the inside of his lip for a moment, weighing the question and debating his answer. The entire thought process took about as long as executing a simple command on a calculator. "As far as you are. Seeing as I have no idea where I was headed in the first place and this is better than at least a dozen alternative rides, I'm not about to be picky."
